We recently had a great weekend visiting Kristina’s aunt Basia in Warsaw. While we have always enjoyed the city and have been there a couple of times before, this time we got to see a few new and unique things, including the recently opened POLIN museum, a couple of outdoor concerts, and a Chopin piano recital by one of the competitors in this year’s Chopin Competition. Of course, we also got the chance to try a few new Polish beers (thanks to Basia for the Żywiec gift pack) and some great food, including a number of fun snacks from the local market.
